TMASF Emergency Resource Guide

By Featured

Each year, TMASF Connects staff prepares an Emergency Resource Guide (ERG) for our member buildings. The purpose of this guide is to provide written and electronic resources for property management members in the event of an emergency.

This guide has been significantly expanded to include resources for news, finding a vehicle, weather, fire, and other natural disasters. It is not intended to be a complete guide to all resources. It is representative of public services and information that are available as of this writing. Information services frequently change and this guide is a snapshot of local and available resources. We encourage all members to know their local resources and keep a printed guide on hand.

Spare the Air Alert: Friday, July 14th

By Featured

A Spare the Air Alert is in effect Friday, July 14, for the San Francisco Bay Area. Concentrations of ground-level ozone pollution are forecast to be unhealthy.

High levels of ozone pollution are harmful to breathe, especially for young children, seniors and those with respiratory and heart conditions. You can help protect your health by avoiding outdoor activities during the hottest part of the day.

Please monitor and refer to Spare the Air for more information. Visit the TMASF Connects website for commute alternatives.
