Tenant Shower Rooms
Men’s and Women’s shower rooms are located in the lobby of the South Tower. The shower rooms include lockers for your convenience.
Secure Bike Room
A secured bike room is located in the garage near the Harrison Street Entrance. The room includes bike pumps and other useful tools for standard bike repairs.

Outdoor Plaza
303 Second boasts a large outdoor plaza with a great selection of retail locations. The plaza hosts a number of events throughout the year including, live music, tenant appreciation events, and a holiday tree lighting ceremony.
North and South Tower Loading Docks
For convenience, 303 Second provides a dedicated loading dock for each tower. The South Tower Loading Dock is located off of Harrison Street and the North Tower Loading Dock is located off of Folsom Street.
On-site Building Management Office
The Building Management Team is located in the North Tower in Suite N420. The team is available from 8 am to 5 pm on Monday – Friday to assist with any questions or concerns.
Security
Building Security is provided by Allied Universal and the building offers 24/7 security coverage.
